Over the past 20 years, LM3’s founder, Michael Walt, has continued to develop testing equipment for the industry with five major hardware revisions and multiple production verified test management software packages. Michael Walt graduated with a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and co- founded LMS-Walt, Inc. with a focus on car seat manufacturing equipment as its chief technology officer. Michael continues to work to advance LM3’s function testing product line in the daily role of engineering manager while continuing his formal education (completed a M.S. in computer science at the University of Chicago in 2012), keeping up with industry needs and technology.
